Our Routes to Work team offers helpful information, support and advice on moving into employment or training and education courses. We offer tailored support on an individual basis, as well as group based courses, to support you with your journey to employment.
We understand that getting into employment is difficult to navigate for various reasons, let us give you a guiding hand to create the future you deserve.
We offer in-person services in Aylesbury, Chesham and Wycombe, as well as offering online and telephone support. Just get in touch and we can go from there.
Building Futures, and supporting those who are economically inactive.
The Building Futures Project provides employability and skills support to Buckinghamshire job seekers. Specifically focussing on the #OpportunityBucks targeted areas across the County. Building Futures is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund -Funded by UK Government.
There are two parts to the offer:
- One to one support from a specialist team of project workers, to help you if you are unemployed but not claiming unemployment benefits, to help you move towards positive opportunities.
- A series of group work programmes designed to build skills, confidence and introduce opportunities in a supportive and fun environment.
