Great news – we heard this week that our application to the DWP Flexible Support Grant was successful – this now means we are able to develop Youth Hubs in Chesham and Wycombe, as part of our Routes to Work service, supporting unemployed 18-24 year olds – given the Covid pandemic and the rising unemployment figures this could not have come at a better time.
We will start the recruitment in July and the youth hubs will be open in September. Job Centre + Youth Employment Coaches will also be part of the wider support team, offering support to young people within our service.
